Returns and Missing Items:
Due
to FDA regulations, once any product is
taken out of its original packaging, it
is no longer returnable. Once a CPAP,
BiLevel, nebulizer, suction machine or
oxygen equipment has been used, it is no
longer returnable. If the product is
defective, and you have the original
packaging, contact us within the
warranty period to obtain a return
authorization number. We will then
exchange the product. No substitutes
allowed. All warranty decisions are made
by the manufacturer and are final.
Non-defective,
unopened returns will not be accepted
without prior written authorization.
Please contact us within 15 days of the
purchase date to receive a return
authorization number. Any item returned
without prior authorization or after 15
days will not be credited and will only
be returned at the owner’s expense.
All authorized
returns are subject to a 20% restocking
fee (applicable from time merchandise
leaves our location). Shipping charges are non
refundable.
If a product is
damaged in transit or missing from your
order you must contact our office within
3 days of receipt in writing. All
packaging must be retained in order for
us to replace transit damaged goods. We
will only replace transit damaged
merchandise or missing merchandise with
the same merchandise. No substitutions
are allowed. Under no circumstances will
transit damaged merchandise or missing
merchandise be replaced if the 3 day
written notification period has passed.

Houston, Texas 77027. All product
returns should only be sent after
receiving authorization to
CPAP2SLEEP.COM,3315 Marquart Street,
Suite 209, Houston, Texas 77027
and must include the return
authorization number on the outside of
the article.
We encourage you to
retain a copy of all correspondences
between CPAP2SLEEP.COM
and yourself.
The burden of
ordering the correct prescribed
equipment is the customers. Please make
sure you are ordering the correct
